Abstract

The version of this Article previously published contained lower resolution images for Figures 1, 2 and 3.

In addition, in Figure 2 and 3 the data points in the box plots have changed their position (within each group) due to a rerun of the code used to generate the plots. These changes do not affect the overall conclusions of the Article.

These errors have now been corrected in the PDF and HTML versions of the Article.
