Abstract
Total perfusion- diffusion mismatch is a well- recognised phenomenon in patients with acute ischaemic stroke. We
describe a case of total perfusion- diffusion mismatch detected using an emerging contrast- agent- free perfusion
imaging technique in a young patient with acute cerebellar stroke
