Abstract
Anomalously large numbers generated of the Riemann zeta function are analyzed. A set of Mersenne primes is investigated. The equations connecting the values of Mersenne primes with their numbers is derived. The results of this study are important for understanding the reasons for the disbalance between theory and experiment, which emerges when fluctuation corrections to the conductivity of quasi-two-dimensional superconductors are analyzed.
