Abstract
This paper describes the radiosensitivity of the lysine decarboxylase in
Bacterium cadaveris. The activity of the enzyme after irradiation within the
living cell is determined by a dose-dependent shift of the pH-activity curve
as well as an exponential x-ray inactivation.
