Abstract
There were errors in Eqs. (3.10) and (3.11) of the published version of the paper. There was also a small implementation issue of the formulation of the relations between the bare and renormalized quantities in Eq. (3.14). Finally, the corrections to disorder vertices coming from loops consisting of disorder itself were missing. These errors affect the RG flow equations in the main text, thus changing the fixed points. However, they do not affect our main results and conclusions, which remain that disorder destroys the superconducting quantum critical point in three-dimensional Corrections to the main text, including some minor typographical errors are listed below: 1. In the line before Eq. (2.3), the word "Copper "should be corrected to "Cooper ". 2. In Eq. (2.4), phi psi & DAG; & UGamma;45 psi & DAG; should be replaced by phi psi & DAG; & UGamma;45 psi*. 3. In Eq. (2.5), the A3 and A5 factors should be removed. 4. Footnote 1 on pg-182 should be corrected to: A sample contraction of terms leading to the fermion self-energy can be written as:
