Abstract
Relaxation of photoexcited carriers in graphite is studied by TR-ARPES. Boltzmann rate-equations are used to model the observed non-thermal electron distributions, and several non-thermal phases in the fluence-delay phase space are identified with broad implications. © 2022 The Author(s).
