Abstract
Thirteen hybridomas producing 2,4,6-trinitrophenyl-(TNP)-specific mouse IgE of Iga or Igb haplotype are described. They are freely available. Monoclonal IgE, as well as polyclonal serum IgE, is shown to bind to concanavalin A.
