Abstract
n this video we present how users of the Omero Image Database (https://www.openmicroscopy.org/) can import additional metadata from a spreadsheet (e.g. during a microscopy session) and attach the information as key-value pairs (MapAnnotation) to the corresponding image. Our workflow combines the "omero-forms" plugin (https://pypi.org/project/omero-forms/) with the "Omero Bulk Annotation Tools" script collection from https://github.com/mpievolbio-scicomp/obat.

This video is a "flash talk" contribution for the OME Community Meeting 2021.
