Abstract
The Dynamic Cognition group studies the cognitive, computational and neural mechanisms that enable adaptive interaction with dynamic environments. We study how temporal cognition and predictive processing interact with various cognitive functions, using human psychophysics, M/EEG, computational modelling and lesion studies in neurological patients. The seminar would consist of short presentations of different group members, followed by Q&A for each presentation. Topics include temporal attention and multiple levels of consciousness perception, high temporal resolution fMRI, overlapping cerebellar mechanisms of implicit and explicit timing, cerebellar control of semantic prediction, and temporal prediction in uncertain environments.
