Abstract
We present three-dimensional fully differential cross sections for single ionization of helium by ion impact at very small and very large perturbations. Clear signatures of the projectile–target nucleus interaction are identified; it manifests itself, however, through qualitatively different features in the cross sections depending on the perturbation.
