Abstract

English Abstract: The following text gathers some considerations that have moved the authors to assemble the symposium ‘La formación de espacios jurídicos iberoamericanos (s. XVI-XIX): Actores, artefactos e ideas’ (The Formation of Ibero-American Legal Spaces (16th to 19th centuries): Actors, Artefacts and Ideas), in the context of the AHILA International Congress, Entre espacios: La historia latinoamericana en el contexto global (In between spaces: Latin-American history in a global context), taking place in Berlin on September 2014. These reflections obey to our own particular intellectual concerns, linked to concrete research fields and disciplinary perspectives. The purpose of writing them down is to offer the participants of the symposium some introductory ideas that can be inspire the discussion as well serve as debate guidelines at the time of writing their papers.
