要旨
We treated water samples with a non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma jet and pure gas flow. Stable isotope measurements of water samples were performed by cavity ring-down spectroscopy. Both plasma and purged gas treated samples resulted enriched in 2H and 18O, contrary to untreated water. The enrichment is dominantly caused by evaporation under non-equilibrium conditions. The combined effect of ventilation and heating by plasma jet is the most probable reason for higher enrichment with heavier species of plasma treated samples than the ones purged by gas.
