Abstract
Der Kampf gegen die Mitbestimmung im nationalen Rahmen ist
nicht neu. Jetzt aber erkennen ihre Feinde im Europarecht ein
Instrument, diesen Kampf doch noch zu gewinnen. Die EUKommission
spielt dabei eine unrühmliche Rolle.
