Supplemental Data

  • Supplementary Figures - Supplementary Figures
  • Supplementary file S1 - Supplementary file S1. Quantitative data from both SILAC-IP experiments (expressed in Log2 ratios). The data from the first immunoprecipitation (see Suppl. File S2) were merged using the "Majority protein IDs" as a common key. This list containing data from the first IP was merged to the list containing data from the second IP (see Suppl. File S3) using the "majority protein IDs" as a common key. All the proteins whose name start with "Con_" or "Rev_" were removed (these proteins are contaminants or proteins matching against nonsense database). Furthermore, all proteins identified with less than 2 peptides in input and SUMO IPs were also removed.
  • Supplementary file S2 - MS data analysis from 1st SILAC-IP experiment.
  • Supplementary file S3 - MS data analysis from 2nd SILAC-IP experiment.
  • Supplementary file S4 - Target proteins modulating their sumoylation upon hypoxia. Related to Table 2 and Table 3.
  • Supplementary file S5 - Comparison of our SUMO proteomic analysis with 6 previous SUMO proteomics data
  • Legends to Supplementary Material - Legends to Supplementary Material
