 Abstract: Using the superconformal indices techniques, we construct Seiberg type dualities for $\mathcal{N}=1$ supersymmetric field theories outside the conformal windows. These theories are physically distinguished by the presence of fields with small or negative $R$-charges for chiral superfields.
